We know their type

We know who they are.

And yet we ponder, and they fail to deliver.

Rotate all you want. They are all facing the same way.

After the one thing, they should never have.

And yet you gave it them so freely.

And you ask.

Or forget to.

Why?

What’s in it for you?

You were never nice before. So why now?

Why me?

And they just look on. Not responding.

They are only looking. You need not fear. What do you have to fear?

We can only ask.

They can know.

And you let them in. didn’t you.

Why did you do that? You can’t even remember.

They can predict.

They can forecast your future. With 90% accuracy in some cases.  

And you just use educated guesswork.

To back up that gut feeling.

Not them.

They knew it before you did. And now you know that too.

But not as accurately as they do.

You know that, don’t you?

It’s all one big noise.

Every last bit of it.

Designed to distract you.

So, you miss it.

And you get tied to this.

Until it grabs hold of your throat and you cave in.

But hold on.

Things might just start to get better.

If you take action and do the right thing.

You might just be the one who changes everything.
