I love life and hate it all at the same time. Do I hate it more than I love it. There is no denying that.

I guess that’s just the way it is.  Has it always just been the way I feel but I hid it from myself?

I know it’s not you. do you?

We exist in this world. Bombarded by noise. There is no escape. It’s inside. They burrow in before we put up defenses. And then fiddle around with our code.  

People say you can’t fight your nature. At least that’s what they want us to think because the reality is far darker.

You go along with it, not really thinking about it at all. You fit into your category, your box. There’s nothing to do about it. I do it. We all do. it is what it is despite the foul taste it leaves.

The world is fucked-up. It will fuck us all up given a chance. we all know this to be true even if we don’t admit to ourselves.

So, we keep getting back up. Getting back on the fucking treadmill. Keep pounding away and getting nowhere.  

And we leave the one chance we were given, for sure, to live a life on our own terms. But rewriting your own code isn’t fucking easy, especially when the opposite draw is so much better at the game.

Walking through life dodging movie screen bullets to walk in front of a bus.

And we all feel that way at times. That helps to game go around, but we are sick of playing.

The game is not just rigged, it is preordained.
