I am interested in the art of storytelling to shape change. 

I grew up wired for panic, shaped by trauma, wrapped in layers of narcissism that were less about glory and more about defense, a kind of psychic armor forged inside a high-control group. Survival back then meant mapping the gears and levers of coercion, manipulation, undue influence—the whole machinery of control and psychological communication.. I learned early to see the patterns, to unpick the knots. At first, this was just about making it through the day living a double life. But now, as a storyteller and activist, it’s become a second skin. The same systems I once navigated as traps, I now dissect and expose, flipping the script from self-preservation to revelation.

Survival wasn’t optional; it was oxygen-blood-marrow necessary. I became a human minefield detector in psychological warfare, mapping every manipulationtripwire until my brain hemorrhaged with recognition patterns. I unpicked knots until my fingernails tore from their beds. Living a double life wasn’t just exhausting—it was being flayed alive while forced to smile. Now? That same hypervigilance is nuclear fuel. As storyteller-warrior, I’ve alchemized my wounds into weapons. The very systems designed to obliterate me, I now disembowel with surgical savagery, transforming victim to executioner, silence to primalhowl.
